This role requires a strategic, customer-focused approach to territory management, sales execution, and relationship building. •Sell all Caterpillar construction equipment (GCI, CCE, and BCP), rentals, and related services. •Manage your territory effectively through strategic planning and execution. •Build strong customer relationships by demonstrating product knowledge and business insight. •Negotiate deals that align with both customer needs and company goals. •Maintain accurate records in Sales Link, including leads, opportunities, and account activities. •Prepare and deliver timely and accurate quotes, sales reports, contracts, financial documents, and delivery records. Qualifications: •A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. •A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction equipment industry is required, with experience with Caterpillar equipment preferred. •Must live within proximity to the territory covered. •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. •Strong sales aptitude and customer service orientation, including strong follow-up skills. •Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and multitasking skills. •Must be a strong team player, coordinating and cooperating with other team members. •Proficient in computer systems and CRM tools. •Self-starter with high energy and the ability to learn technical materials quickly. •Skilled in negotiation and relationship management.
