Qualifications: •A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. •A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction equipment industry is required, with experience with Caterpillar equipment preferred. •Must live within proximity to the territory covered. •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. •Strong sales aptitude and customer service orientation, including strong follow-up skills. •Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and multitasking skills. •Must be a strong team player, coordinating and cooperating with other team members. •Proficient in computer systems and CRM tools. •Self-starter with high energy and the ability to learn technical materials quickly. •Skilled in negotiation and relationship management.
