Location: Walnut Creek, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 11:27:41 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce About the job Experience: •2-3 years’ experience B2B sales support, account management, or client services experience preferred •3 years’ experience B2B sales support, account management, or client services experience preferred Required Skills: •Responsible for the management of the business relationship with existing clients and prospects and supporting all steps of the sales and distribution cycle such as quoting, purchase order confirmation, product allocation, invoicing, products distribution and claim management of sales team for the US Division. •Provides overall support for sales operations and purchase order execution / purchase order fulfillment with clients in our US Division. •Manage the order management process from quoting to finish using CRM/ERP tools. •Review and process client orders/contracts with a high level of accuracy. •Actively involved in the RFP and contract execution process. •Use your attention to detail and organizational abilities to track and follow-up on orders. •Manage the relationship with the salesperson, client and relevant stakeholders. Address and resolve key clients’ complaints. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. •Coordination and completion of module deliveries on time and within scope. Monitoring the contract progress and ensuring required documentation is submitted on time to customers.
