Required Skills: •Sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO) Management •Create, update, and maintain sales orders and purchase orders in SAP, including quantities, pricing, delivery dates, and dealer account information. •Verify that SO and PO details match dealer requests, quotations, and HQ order confirmations before release. •Check order status daily and update records as allocation, production, or delivery dates change. •Manage orders for products purchased from third-party manufacturers and vendors rather than HQ, including vendor purchase orders and processing accounts payable (AP) invoices. •Track open, blocked, and back-ordered items, follow up with the responsible party, and escalate exceptions to the SCM Manager. •Documentation Accuracy and Record Keeping •Prepare, review, and file shipment and delivery documentation and confirm each document is consistent with the SAP record. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. •Hands-on ERP experience, SAP preferred (SD/MM), covering order entry. •Comfortable working in Excel; solid spreadsheet skills are a plus for handling order and inventory data. •Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in data entry and document review. •Organized and deadline-driven, able to run a repeating monthly cycle without missing steps. •Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable following up with internal sales, and HQ. •Understanding of dealer-based distribution networks and inventory management practices.
