Hiring: Sales Operations Business Partner Company: WellSky Location: Overland Park, KS Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:48:57 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Salesforce About the job Experience: •4-6 years of relevant work experience •6 years of relevant work experience Required Skills: •Partner with sales leadership to develop and refine sales programs, create and manage action plans, and track key performance metrics. •Leverage tools such as Salesforce to recommend process changes that accelerate deal flow and pipeline growth. •Guide accurate and timely forecast submissions using sales processes and tools and facilitate improvements in forecasting tools and methodologies to support market-specific needs. •Partner with sales teams and operations to implement effective solutions and support targeted pipeline generation programs. •Provide input on quota expectations to the compensation team, understand impacts of the sales compensation plan, and assist in creation and communication of sales campaigns and sales bonus incentive programs. •Identify barriers to sales productivity and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, tools, and reporting. •Participate in yearly review of sales territories, account assignments, and sales quota. •Perform other job duties as assigned.
