Required Skills: •Design, build, and maintain complex financial and operational models to support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue optimization. •Lead and support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range revenue planning processes •Analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends, correlations, and performance drivers. •Use predictive analytics to forecast sales outcomes and recommend actionable strategies. •Develop dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI/Tableau to provide real-time insights for the CSO and sales leadership. •Collaborate to create similar reporting inside of Salesforce (SFDC). •Create Excel-based models and tools for scenario planning, budget forecasting, and performance analysis. •Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in all reporting and modeling activities. Qualifications: •Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
