Advance the professional development, professional conduct, sales effectiveness of staff. •Recruit, develop, and train Practice Management Consultants with clearly communicated sales and overall performance standards. •Drive standard work, funnel review process in Salesforce. Follow and implement account management through Salesforce. •Develop sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration. Participate in annual sales strategy planning. Develop annual sales quotas for sales representatives.
