Work combines office and workshop activities, including occasional handling of large displays and use of tools and low-voltage electronics. Required Skills: •● Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and configurations, considering room layout, IT infrastructure, and conferencing-platform compatibility. •● Deliver product demonstrations and lead technical discussions that connect product capabilities to customer needs and clearly communicate limitations. •● Serve as a technical point of contact for product questions, deployment guidance, and post-sales issues, coordinating with Product and Engineering as needed. •● Develop and maintain technical documentation and sales resources, including product FAQs, application guides, comparison sheets, and presentations. •● Stay current on product releases and platform updates, communicate relevant changes to Sales, and share customer feedback with Product and Engineering. •● Analyze failures in returned units and work with the engineering team to identify root causes. •● Document findings and recurring issues, and help improve troubleshooting and repair SOPs. •● Manage workshop inventory, including purchasing, receiving, replenishment, and stock reconciliation in Google Sheets. Qualifications: •● Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. •● Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. •● Hands-on aptitude for diagnosing electronics hardware. •● Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English. •● Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong organization skills.
