Required Skills: •Continuously maintains Orenco Management's safety, cultural, and professional standards. •Promotes, encourages, and reinforces a positive safety culture, safe practices, and a safe work environment to all employees. •Presents and sells company products to current and potential customers. •Provides product demonstrations to engineers, municipalities, and others. •Develops and maintains sales presentations and current product knowledge. •Performs product layout and quoting. •Follows up on projects throughout the sales cycle. •Communicates with manufacturing engineering and manufacturing departments to ensure correct development of submittal drawings, sales orders, and delivery of product to customers. Qualifications: •BS Degree in technical field or business is preferred. •Thorough understanding of Orenco Composites capabilities and processes. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner. •Demonstrated capacity to be self-directed and work as part of a team. •Excellent organizational skills are required. •Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and software. •Demonstrated capacity to be flexible and adjust to priority changes with little notice and to remain calm during confrontational or high-pressure situations. •Demonstrated capacity to use sound judgement and follow-through in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
