Hiring: Sales Enablement Program Manager Company: LexisNexis Risk Solutions Location: Georgia, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:31:03 About the job Required Skills: •Lead the design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement of the existing onboarding program to provide an exceptional employee experience and accelerate ramp time. •Deliver onboarding and everboarding programs in person and virtually, as needed. •Manage a blended learning model that includes classroom instruction, webinars, self-paced learning, and event-based training, using conventional and emerging technologies such as microlearning. •Deliver and facilitate training content, coordinate the development and delivery of sessions, and document and communicate internal process changes. •Develop coaching content for managers to use with new hires throughout the ramp period and help foster a culture of peer-to-peer and manager coaching. •Partner with the platform team to support content governance and ensure materials remain relevant and current. •Establish key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed. •Monitor new-hire and new-to-role progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders in Sales Enablement and Sales Management. Qualifications: •3 or more years of experience in sales enablement and/or program management. •Healthcare experience is required; experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations is strongly preferred. •Proven success creating and delivering training for a sales organization, with measurable results in fast-paced environments. •Demonstrated capacity to translate and communicate complex concepts into effective curricula, with a strong understanding of how sales professionals think, operate, and learn. •Excellent presentation, facilitation, oral and written communication, prioritization, and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment. •Collaborative working style and experience partnering across multiple teams to drive innovation and execution. •Health Benefits: Comprehensive, multi-carrier program for medical, dental and vision benefits •Retirement Benefits: 401(k) with match and an Employee Share Purchase Plan •Wellbeing: Wellness platform with incentives, Headspace app subscription, Employee Assistance and Time-off Programs Compensation: •$78,800 - $131,300 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
