Qualifications: •Proven sales leadership experience, preferably within a DSD organization. •Prior DSD, route sales, wholesale, foodservice, or warehouse sales experience is strongly preferred. •Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and secure new business. •In-depth knowledge of route sales, retail execution, merchandising, territory development, and customer retention. •Demonstrated capacity to build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline. •Comfortable using sales reports and performance data to drive decisions. •Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. •Willingness to spend significant time in the field with customers and the sales team. •Demonstrated capacity to travel throughout the company’s sales territory as needed. •Competitive, energetic, accountable, and focused on measurable results.
