Required Skills: •Engage prospects through an inbound motion, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling •Qualify leads using the SPICED methodology •Consistently manage daily activities to meet lead volume and pipeline generation targets •Proactively learn and articulate the value of Nextiva’s products and services •Partner with Account Executives to drive top-of-funnel activity and support revenue growth •Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, internal AI platforms, and sales intelligence tools) to enhance prospect research, personalize outreach, and improve outbound efficiency Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work onsite five days per week at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters. •Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort making outbound calls, writing emails, and engaging prospects. •Interest in B2B SaaS or technology sales and willingness to learn Salesforce CRM, sales engagement tools, and Nextiva’s product suite. •Organized follow-through, resilience, coachability, and motivation to succeed in an activity-driven sales environment. •Sales, customer-facing, competitive, internship, athletics, leadership, or other performance-driven experience. •Operational familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform. •Comfort using AI-supported sales tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, build messaging, and streamline prospecting workflows. •Operational familiarity with SPICED or another structured sales qualification methodology. •Drives Results: Action-oriented with a passion for solving problems.
