Required Skills: •The ideal candidate is early in their sales career, hungry to learn, and coachable. Someone who wants that path from SDR to AE and is excited to earn it in a fast-moving startup. •Generate pipeline (your primary focus): prospect and qualify new business through outbound sequences, inbound lead follow-up, and creative sourcing across our target segments. •Assist with onboarding: help onboard new customers under supervision and mentorship as we build out our customer success motion. •Manage your pipeline: keep your activity, records, and follow-ups clean and current in the CRM. •Learn the stack: get hands-on with HubSpot, Apollo, and Clay to drive prospecting and automation. We'll teach you what you don't already know. •Share the voice of the customer: pass along feedback from prospects and customers to Marketing, Product, and Leadership. •Grow toward AE: absorb coaching, follow the playbook, and progressively take on more of the sales cycle, assisting with deals toward close and account expansion, as you develop into an Account Executive. Qualifications: •Hungry to learn and coachable, with a clear ambition to grow into an Account Executive role. •Strong communicator, comfortable reaching out to prospects and talking with customers. •Self-motivated and organized, able to manage your day and consistently hit activity goals in a fast-paced startup. •Genuine curiosity about AI, creative tools, or SaaS. •Operational familiarity with CRM or sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Clay is a plus, but we'll teach you.
