Required Skills: •Sales Development Representative (SDR) for AMS •We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in our Coppell office to grow ATM Managed Services (AMS) pipeline focused on Financial Institutions (FIs) and retail segments with ATM presence such as C-stores. •The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating outreach, and setting appointments for the sales team to close deals. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients and play a pivotal role in driving the sales pipeline and business growth. •Identify and research ICP-fit customers (FIs, credit unions, C-stores etc.) through various outbound channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry databases. •Use tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, FedFIS and other prospecting software to find leads and enrich data. •Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with target personas, introduce AMS solutions, and schedule appointments with FI Account Executives. •Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns or website inquiries. •Qualify leads by identifying the potential for a sales opportunity, based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT).
