Qualifications: •Associate degree •Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED •Prior company sales coordinator or supervisory experience preferred •Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs •Good communication, relationship building, and time management skills •Problem solving capability, strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and self-motivation with an ability to work in a team environment •Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities may be required. •Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
