The right candidate will assist sales management in coordination of all aspects of sales, including reporting, MLS listings, monitoring outside lenders, following up with sales team on tasks due, and assisting with the overall sales function of the division as needed. •Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. •Assist Sales Manager with follow up from sales team on outside lender updates, contingency buyer updates, inventory sheets, marketing plans, pre-sales kickoff sheet, etc. •Update & distribute price and feature sheets •Manage live listings on MLS for price increases, tagging as sold or closed, etc. •Establish phone service in new communities; also updates as needed, tracking, reviewing call reports •Lead and oversee collecting and reviewing all sales teams marketing plan submittals and following up to ensure marketing plans are activated Qualifications: •CPA/CFA or demonstrate candidacy is strongly preferred •Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school a plus •JD Edwards experience a plus •Vacation, Sick, Personal Time and Company Holidays •Multiple Voluntary and Company provided Benefits •Build YOUR future with D.R.
