Required Skills: •As a Sales Coach, you will help drive global sales performance by facilitating onboarding and in-role development, delivering 1:1 and cohort-based coaching, and strengthening the quality of sales conversations across all Client Groups. •Partner with managers and sales leaders to support associate readiness, build role-specific competencies, and use AI-enabled coaching tools to scale practice, feedback, and development of worldwide talent. •Facilitate onboarding and recurring development programs for sales associates across roles, sites, and regions. •Deliver competency-based 1:1 coaching using structured intake, coaching plans, observations, manager alignment, and scorecard reviews. •Coach associates through the full sales conversation, including openings, discovery, storytelling, product positioning, objection handling, and closing. •Apply established coaching frameworks and playbooks to create consistency, accountability, and measurable behavior change. •Partner with managers as a consultative third party, reinforcing manager ownership while supporting associate development. •Design and refine coaching scenarios that reflect real sales situations, and help associates build confidence and readiness. Qualifications: •Hold a bachelor’s degree with an advanced degrees or industry designations (CIMA, CAIA, CFP, or equivalent) preferred.
