See for yourself. •As a key member of the BAS Sales Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. •Reports To Regional Director, West •Partners with the Territory Manager in all aspects of the sales call pattern, including but not limited to, covering clinics in the assigned territory, promotion of the products in assigned accounts, managing inventory, and, as he/she learns and grows, beginning to convert customers to DJO. •Partners with the Territory Manager and organization to meet and exceed business targets (quotas). •Serves as the primary backup contact for Territory Manager. •Lead and oversee keeping the Territory Manager informed of all sales related activity, market trends, and competitor activity within the territory. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related healthcare field required. •Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance. •Must be able to relocate in the specified geography upon assignment to Territory Manager role. •Must be willing to remain in the Sales Associate role for a minimum of one year. •Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time. •Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required. •May require air travel on occasional basis. •Considerable time spent traveling in car to customer accounts. •Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience in customer service or sales related area preferred. •Orthopedic therapeutic device training preferred.
