Hiring: Sales Administrator Company: Melink Corporation Location: Milford, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:18:49 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP About the job Experience: •1-3 years of experience in customer service, account support, customer success, sales support, or a related role preferred •3 years of experience in customer service, account support, customer success, sales support, or a related role preferred Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support retention, satisfaction, and growth of assigned National Account customers through proactive success practices and provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally •Assist the Business Development Managers with identifying prospects and qualifying leads for Melink’s offerings •Analyze customer data including punch-list/deficiency log data, scope history, customer financial reports, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities •Evaluate mechanical plans to develop estimates and sales proposals for customers •Partner with the Customer Success Manager, Customer Operations Managers, and National Account Managers to prepare insights, reports, and recommendations for customer reviews and growth planning •Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Operations, Field Service, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other teams to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed •Support quoting, project tracking, and follow-up for expansion opportunities within existing customers; own the order management process for new business, turning construction schedules and requests into sales orders •Monitor customer experience and escalate issues appropriately while supporting resolution, referring complex inquiries to the Business Development Managers as needed Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Analytics, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or Engineering/Industrial Technologies); or equivalent combination of education and experience •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly •Demonstrated capacity to comprehend and interpret mechanical plans and construction documentation (with training) •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts calmly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment •High level of integrity, accountability, and willingness to learn and take ownership •Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team environment •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (Excel proficiency preferred) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
