Required Skills: •·       Conduct daily site safety inspections and corrective actions. •·       Manage JHA/JSA/PTSA, Toolbox Talks, and Permit-to-Work activities. •·       Monitor compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements. •·       Conduct incident investigations and prepare safety reports. •·       Provide and coordinate required site safety training. •·       Coordinate directly with the HEP Safety Team and subcontractors. •·       Support Fall Protection, Elevated Work, Scaffolding, and Aerial Lift safety activities.
