As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Safety Specialist to join our team and contribute to our commitment to safety and excellence. •Expert knowledge on OSHA regulations •Develop and maintain written safety programs and related documents. •Prepare safety reports, including internal monthly reports and external reports. •Lead incident investigations, including facilitating root cause analysis, creating action plans, developing safety alerts, and tracking closure of corrective action items. •Develop Job Safety Analysis, PPE Assessments, confined space procedures, lockout/alternative protective measure procedures. •Identify and address health and safety noncompliance matters, working with plant to provide solutions. •Respond to regulatory requests and assessments and develop solutions for any enforcement actions.
