Required Skills: •Safety & Program Development •Design and build a scalable, multi-state safety program from the ground up, including policies, procedures, and frameworks that can flex across different geographies and regulatory environments. •Own and continuously evolve safety standards to ensure alignment with changing regulations, operational complexity, and company growth across multiple regions. •Establish and lead a company-wide safety culture by implementing consistent training programs, toolbox talks, and communication strategies across all field teams and geographies. •Develop and maintain standardized safety training curriculum, courses, and instructional materials, delivering engaging in-house training programs that support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture. •Implement a structured audit and inspection program across regions to proactively identify risks and ensure consistent execution of safety standards.. •Define and track key safety KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership. •Lead incident investigations with a focus on root cause analysis and systemic improvements, ensuring learnings are scaled across all operating regions and incorporated into ongoing training, policies, and safety initiatives. .
