Required Skills: •Safety & Risk Management •Lead and oversee Legends Global comprehensive safety program, including serving as Chairperson of the Safety Steering Committee. •Develop, implement, review, and continuously improve venue safety policies, procedures, and best practices. •Conduct regular facility and event inspections to identify hazards, deficiencies, unsafe conditions, and opportunities for improvement. •Develop corrective action plans and work with appropriate departments and vendors to ensure deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner. •Maintain current knowledge of OSHA requirements, life safety standards, public assembly requirements, accessibility regulations, and other applicable codes and standards. •Support a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, training, communication, and accountability. •Identify potential operational risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
