Qualifications: •Interface directly with company leadership to address safety concerns •Assist in maintaining a high level of safety compliance and awareness at company fixed locations (asphalt plants, offices, shops, ready-mix plants, and quarry locations) through site visits and documentation of deficiencies •Work directly with field crews on a regular basis to promote company safety philosophies, expectations, and personal responsibility •Interact and consult with other members of the Division and Region Safety Teams to develop new safety initiatives, objectives, and best practices •Attend training sessions/meetings presented by CRH or national safety organizations as needed •Appropriate MSHA or OSHA required training •CRH or Division mandated training as needed •Incident analysis to determine the presence of error precursors and latent conditions •Implementation of system improvements and robust defenses •Recordkeeping (OSHA/MSHA) Oversee a Safety Administrator who will maintain documentation for safety and health program (OSHA 300, monthly reporting, CRH annual surveys) Compensation: •$125,000 - $150,000 / year •Salary: $125,000-$150,000 base, DOE, plus 15% bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
