Required Skills: •The position supports multi-site warehouses, docks, yards, transportation lanes, carrier operations, cross-border logistics, and 3PL partners through audits, inspections, investigations, corrective actions, and cargo-security controls. •Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership •Lead regional safety and loss prevention support for warehouse, dock, yard, and transportation operations. •Coach leaders on safety accountability, cargo security, risk mitigation, and security awareness. •Partner with Operations, Transportation, Dispatch, HR, Facilities, IT, Legal, customers, carriers, vendors, and 3PL partners. •Safety & Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Compliance •Execute safety programs for warehouse, dock, yard, material handling, and transportation environments. •Support OSHA, DOT, EPA, AHJ, company, customer, carrier, and local compliance requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
