Required Skills: •Champion Safety, Health, and Environmental Responsibility by identifying, evaluating, and addressing issues in field operations, conducting routine inspections, and developing solutions with relevant management and representatives. •Maintain comprehensive Safety and Environmental Records, including collecting, organizing, and updating all required site safety and environmental documentation, assisting with training records, and managing PPE levels and orders. •Provide essential Training to employees on job duties, hazards, and corrective actions, partnering with S&H Representatives for specialized training. •Monitor and Champion Employee Health by periodically assessing health hazards and scheduling necessary screenings and testing. •Manage Environmental Inspections, including pulling samples for monthly inspections (stormwater, SPCC), evaluating air quality and dust suppression, and coordinating corrective actions. •Manage Equipment by reviewing daily inspections, scheduling repairs, performing inventory control of bulk oils, filters, and parts, and maintaining records of equipment hours and fuel consumption. •Problem Solving - Identify, analyze, and resolve work-related issues efficiently and effectively using practical knowledge, experience, and hands-on skills. Finds practical solutions, implements fixes, and adapts to unexpected challenges. •Collaboration - Working effectively with others to achieve shared goals through teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect. Qualifications: •Knowledge and understanding of OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations is preferred. •Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. •Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
