Key responsibilities include fostering personal accountability, preventing incidents, and conducting audits and risk assessments to sustain regulatory and company compliance. •Conduct audits, hazard analysis of project operations, and assist in updating and maintaining company safety manual. •May provide training for New Hire Orientation, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, Competent Person and other OSHA mandated training Asbestos. •Hands-on and interact with our field personnel and management team daily. •Partner cross-functionally with teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, standards, policies and/or procedures. •Foster a team environment when advising on needed corrections. •C ultivate positive and productive working relationships with customer representatives to ensure they are satisfied with our safe work practices and procedures, and work with crews to correct any issues that arise. •Promote and champion corporate training systems and services with a deep commitment to safety and quality. Qualifications: •Journeyman Lineman – 10 years plus experience •Strong presentation skills leading regular Safety Meetings and other trainings. •Provide technical assistance with the investigation of accidents, incidents, injuries, and/or illnesses. •Demonstrated experience coordinating and communicating information across company and department lines. •Computer skills – Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word •3 years safety experience, or other accredited safety certification i.e. CUSP CSP, ASP, OHS, CHST, CSST, CSHO.
