Your contributions through the following areas help us successfully execute our projects and meet our financial goals. •Own safety planning to ensure all projects are ready for mobilization: Prior to the start of Harmon's work, verify and assist site safety start up requirements. Requirements include site specific safety plan, incident response binder, medical response services/kit, means & methods, silica plan, SDSs and JHAs. •Culture Development •Own onsite safety culture and compliance: Follow up with onsite leadership, to ensure safety initiatives are completed. Demonstrate safety knowledge and drive accountability to Harmon policies and standards. •Conduct and facilitate Harmon safety audits: Complete corporate safety audits. Review results with onsite leaders and ensure all corrective actions have been addressed.
