Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations. •Demonstrated capacity to engage field teams and reinforce safe behaviors in real time. •Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset. •Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in active, fast-paced construction environments. •Commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. •First Aid & CPR certification (required or ability to obtain within 30 days). •STSC® (Safety Trained Supervisor Construction) or equivalent certification preferred.
