Our nimble team delivers quality and creativity for smaller, specialized projects while staying aligned with the core values and support of All Things Metal Industries. •Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies, procedures, and programs •Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, AISC certification requirements, and company standards •Develop and execute site-specific safety plans for shop and field operations •Conduct and oversee new hire safety orientations and onboarding training •Perform and coordinate internal and external safety inspections and audits •Facilitate safety training programs and monitor employee training requirements Qualifications: •Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company locations and job sites •Demonstrated capacity to pass a pre-employment drug screen •Demonstrated capacity to work in both office and industrial/construction environments as needed •Preferred Certifications (or Ability to Obtain) •Business hours are 7 am-5 pm Monday - Thursday and 7 am -11 am Friday. •Work hours may vary based on business needs, project demands, training requirements, and operational priorities.
