Required Skills: •Lead all safety programs and initiatives for the complex. •Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. •Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed. •Analyze safety metrics and incident trends to identify improvement opportunities. •Investigate workplace incidents and develop preventive action plans. •Maintain OSHA records, permits, and compliance documentation. •Lead safety training programs including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hazard Communication, PPE, Ergonomics, and Emergency Response. •Support regulatory inspections and serve as the primary contact for safety-related matters. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard communication, ergonomics, accident investigation, and safety training. •Knowledge of PSM and RMP programs preferred. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
