Required Skills: •Complete safety coordination of all branch locations •Create safety procedures/policies aimed at effectively controlling accident and health exposures •Track and audit completion of training course compliance of all staff of required safety training •Train and audit staff on compliance with federal, state, local and company safety standards •Evaluate and provide updated safety procedures for company work procedures •Investigate safety related incidents and provide recommendations to eliminate repeated occurrences •Track, submit and report OSHA and Fleet statistics •Conduct cross-functional safety meetings; hold matrix team accountable for completion of safety items Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree required; Occupational Safety & Health or a related degree strongly preferred.2+ years' experience in safety within the construction, energy/power markets preferred •Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) •Attention to detail, and aptitude for statistics Proficient in Microsoft Office products •Strong written and oral communication skills •Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a high degree of energy and competitiveness balanced with impeccable integrity, attention to detail and a personable demeanor. •Strong collaborative, negotiation and problem-solving skills •Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office •Valid driver's license with proof of insurability •Demonstrated capacity to travel on a regular basis Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
