Required Skills: •Lead the Stabilization & Assessment program by driving strategic planning, policy development, and long-term vision execution. •Oversee financial performance, assist in annual budget planning, and ensure effective resource allocation aligned with organizational goals. •Develop and achieve annual program goals, tracking progress and driving continuous improvement across departments. •Evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with contracts, optimizing operations, and implementing high-impact administrative strategies. •Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring all regulatory, clinical, and operational requirements are met and exceeded. •Build strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners through proactive communication and collaboration. •Champion employee engagement and culture, overseeing staff relations and promoting a supportive, inclusive work environment. •Ensure a safe, healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors through active risk management and safety protocols. Qualifications: •Master’s degree in a human services-related field required; Bachelors degree accepted. •Proven ability to analyze and present data—comfortable creating charts, diagrams, and reports using basic algebra and geometry. •Strong verbal and written communication skills—able to engage clearly with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders. •Knowledge of legal, medical, and clinical documentation requirements, including confidentiality and reporting standards. •Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced environments while staying highly organized and detail-oriented. •Skilled at building collaborative, high-performing teams and fostering a positive, mission-driven culture. •Proficient with basic computer systems and software, with the ability to learn internal platforms quickly. •Comfortable making critical, informed decisions based on diverse input and multidisciplinary collaboration. •Holds a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ready to be mobile and engaged when needed.
