Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising. •Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank. •Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a strong safety culture. •Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and communicate operational priorities. •Oversee RTP material movement, picking, replenishment, staging, and inventory accuracy. •Support shipping, receiving, RMA processing, and customer orders. •Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move and stage materials.
