Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Required Skills: •Build cross channel RRP Merchandising Strategy (retail, chain, HoReCa) to drive RRP objectives for JTI LIGGETT in the US. Identify opportunities for permanent fixtures, temporary solutions and POSM. •Lead constant information exchange with the Combustibles Merchandising team, retail sales force and RRP team to ensure the brand programs address market challenges and opportunities. Work closely with Sales Team to support retail Independent and Chain programs with exceptional consumer facing POSM that deliver impactful execution excellence. •Source and manage agency partners & vendors to develop bespoke solutions, special equipment for HoReCa (Leisure) channel, pop up stores and festival areas. Manage POSM inventories in all warehouses, prevent out of stocks, optimize inventory levels to manage warehouse costing. •Manage the responsible brand budget, ensure the maximum ROI for each project. Review budget phasing throughout the year in line with Local/Global requirements, in close collaboration with Finance. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
