This role is critical to ensuring customer assets are processed accurately, securely, and in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and industry standards. •The purpose of the Routing Supervisor position is to ensure all inbound customer material is accurately sorted, documented, serialized, and processed in strict accordance with customer-specific Work Instructions (WI), internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and compliance standards. •Serialization: Ensure asset serialization is completed accurately and recorded in Razor •Parent/Child Serialization: Verify hard drive serial numbers are properly tied to parent asset serial numbers within Razor.
