Hiring: Room Attendant Company: Big Sur Campground and Cabins Location: Big Sur, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:42:44 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Pillow, SOAP About the job Required Skills: •Reporting to our Housekeeping Management/Supervisory team, the Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned Cabins and public areas and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the guests’ experience, communicating effectively with other team members to prevent and resolve any issues. •Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards, and correct maintenance and use of equipment. •Be familiar with all Campground & Cabins services, features, local attractions, and activities, to respond to guest inquiries accurately. •Available to work weekend shifts Sat/Sun and be available to work holidays. •Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. •Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up, and hair from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, and floor, and empty trash containers. •Clean kitchen, all dishes, stove, fridge, countertops as required •Replace facial, toilet tissue, and bathroom amenities in the correct amount and location.
