Join one of the largest construction firms in the country (Engineering News-Record [ENR]: #1 in Power, #16 Top 50 Domestic Heavy Contractors, #13 Transportation Contractor). •4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience •18 years of age •At least 18 years of age Required Skills: •Lead and oversee working directly with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate the shipping, receiving and inventory by utilizing knowledge of equipment, procedures and specifications. •Lead and oversee cleanliness and organization of our warehouse •Lead and oversee in and out inspections for all equipment leaving our warehouse •Assist manager with inventory management at our facility •Lead and oversee inventory of all tools and rigging in coming into and leaving the facility •Interpret specifications and work orders •Requisition, obtain and distribute supplies and materials •Assist with resolving problems with Warehouse Manager Qualifications: •Must be at least 18 years of age •Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required •Be knowledgeable of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations. •When on-site, actively participate in daily toolbox meetings with crews and subcontractors. •Set a personal example of safe behavior. •Proficient in one or more craft areas •Demonstrated capacity to compute basics numbers, read scales and use simple fractions •Demonstrated capacity to work well under pressure and within timelines •Developing knowledge in the fabrication, installation or maintenance of construction components and systems testing of various systems with appropriate tools, and familiarity with any applicable state and federal codes. Must have all necessary for licenses required for the area the work is to be performed, if applicable. •Demonstrated capacity to understand and follow directions.
