Required Skills: •Craft and refine a multi-year product roadmap grounded in data driven market research, competitive analysis, and Lab37’s strategic goals. •Author and maintain product artifacts including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics that drive our team’s direction. •Lead qualitative and quantitative research alongside engineering to generate requirements and prioritize solution concepts. •Own end-to-end release management: prioritization, validation, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration to hit schedule, budget, and quality goals. •Drive external pilots: scope definition, onboarding, and rollout, while serving as the primary customer interface during early deployments. •Facilitate cross-functional execution and collaboration among mechanical, electrical, software, culinary, manufacturing, and commercial teams; surface trade-offs and unblock decisions. •Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs spanning system performance and business outcomes; build dashboards and reports that power data-driven decisions. •Translate insights into compelling narratives for executives, investors, customers, and partners through roadmaps, presentations, and live demos.
