Required Skills: •Lead onsite setup, configuration, and integration of autonomous robotic platforms within customer manufacturing environments to support successful deployment and scaling. •Provide technical guidance and training to customer teams, enabling effective operation and long-term adoption of the technology. •Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, perform repairs, and establish preventative and predictive maintenance approaches to ensure system reliability. •Partner cross-functionally with customer stakeholders and internal teams to manage project progress and maintain high satisfaction throughout implementation. •Document system performance, technical issues, and deployment outcomes, and communicate insights to engineering teams for continuous improvement. •Serve as a key technical representative, supporting the transition from initial proof-of-concept phases to full commercial integration.
