Required Skills: •Design, model, and modify mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software to support robotic automation systems. •Assist with integration and deployment of robotic automated solutions, including industrial robotic arms, sensors, PLCs, and supporting hardware. •Develop, debug, and maintain control and application code (PLC and PC-based) to support robotic system functionality and performance. •Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic and automation systems. •Assist in evaluating system performance and implementing improvements to reliability, accuracy, and throughput. •Design and fabricate basic fixtures, brackets, and tooling to support automated test or production solutions. •Support integration of vision systems, sensors, pneumatics, and electric actuators into robotic systems. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams and vendors to support hardware and software integration efforts. Qualifications: •B.S. Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field required. •Master’s Degree in Robotics or a related field is a plus.
