Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to automation and robotics systems. •Proficiency with computer systems and industrial software applications. •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. •Knowledge of flame treatment processes, paint application equipment, and automated paint lines. •Operational familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, conveyors, and automated material handling systems. •The ideal candidate is a hands-on who combines strong programming expertise with a passion for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
