Required Skills: •Take ownership of onsite technical execution, from installation coordination through testing, calibration, and system validation. •Work closely with clients, subcontractors, engineering teams, and multiple trades to deliver reliable, high-performing systems. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED, along with technical training in mechatronics, robotics, industrial automation, or a related technical discipline. •Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems integration, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex field-level technical issues. •In-depth knowledge of building management systems (BMS), fire/life safety (FLS), and industrial networking fundamentals. •Demonstrated experience leading small technical teams, directing field resources, or coordinating subcontractors in complex installation environments. •Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, trades, engineers, and project stakeholders. •Proficiency in interpreting, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, drawings, and system records. •OSHA 30 certification, First Aid/CPR certification, and Amazon Red Badge training are preferred; training may be provided where applicable. •Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are preferred. •Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the U.S., with potential projects in Canada and Mexico, is required. •Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
