Required Skills: •Perform preventative maintenance on systems including but not limited to maintaining the operation, adjustments, repairs, changeovers, lubrication, and replacement of components pertaining to sensitive, robotic and automated equipment, conveyors and assembly and test equipment •Proficient use of hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments for general repairs and maintenance of robotic and automated equipment, conveyors and assembly and test equipment •Follow procedures and direction from senior technicians, engineers and subject matter experts tom complete prescribed work on equipment. •Complete work under supervision of an assignment in a timely manner •Ensure equipment maintains a priority on safety •Perform any other duties assigned by management. •Open, close and edit work orders in the CMMS system, ensuring a high level of detail, time accounting and spare parts used or consumed are documented •Verify that preventative maintenance procedures are carried out effectively, safe and ready for operation Qualifications: •:Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •TOperate within existing safety guideline sAbility to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance worker sProlonged periods standing and walking •Demonstrated capacity to work 12-hour shifts including weekends •Must be able to lift to a maximum of 50 lbs •CeHigh school diploma or equivalent require d. •Associates degree, 2-year technical school, or equivalent work experience preferre •Minimum of 2 years of experience required in an automated manufacturing environmen t.
