Required Skills: •Design and program PLC-based control systems and develop HMI/SCADA interfaces to support automated production lines. •Specify, program, and commission industrial robots and robot cells (pick-and-place, welding, material handling, assembly) to meet production objectives. •Integrate sensors, drives, actuators, and safety systems into cohesive automation solutions and ensure compliance with machine safety standards. •Perform system integration, FAT/SAT testing, and on-site commissioning; validate performance and implement corrective actions. •Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, control, and robotic issues on the production floor to minimize downtime and support continuous operations. •Develop and maintain electrical and control schematics, PLC and robot source code, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. •Interface directly with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to define requirements, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma practices beneficial). •Manage relationships with automation vendors and integrators; evaluate new technologies and recommend cost-effective solutions.
