Required Skills: •Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd •Reporting to the Shift Maintenance Supervisor and supported by the Robotics Engineer, the Robotic Technician Level I ensures proper operation and repair of robotic automation in a foundry/casting environment. •Provide general ABB robot troubleshooting. •Adjust robot positions to meet quality requirements. •Replace robot cabling as needed. •Perform Preventative maintenance on robot and controller. •Perform Preventative maintenance on EOAT’s including testing function. •Identify opportunities to improve uptime and reduce costs through understanding downtime and implementation of preventative solutions for long term success.
