Qualifications: •High School diploma or equivalent. •Strong analytical, incident investigation and report writing skills. •Excellent communication and leadership skills. •This position requires occasional travel. •Must be available for after-hours incidents, as needed. •Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively. •Proven ability to lead and influence others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey safety information and build strong relationships with stakeholders. •A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex challenges. •A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals. •A self-motivated and self-reliant approach to work, with a strong sense of ethics and values based on integrity and trust.
