Hiring: Risk Manager II (US) Unsecured Lending Company: TD Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 13:44:49 Target Skills & Keywords : ETL, Microsoft Office, Risk Management, SQL, Segment About the job Experience: •10+ years' experience required •Proficient PC skills in MS Office and a variety of PC-based analytical and reporting software packages •Solid functional working knowledge of SAS Enterprise Miner, FICO Model Builder or Angoss Knowledge Seeker •Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions •Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing requirements Required Skills: •The Risk Manager II is a highly visible second-line credit risk leadership role responsible for overseeing credit risk across TD's retail unsecured lending portfolio, including credit cards, personal loans, and overdraft. •Performs functions noted for Risk Manager I •Generally an expert at the enterprise or group business level •Acts as the primary regulatory interface on risk issues and requirements for a key business segment of the Bank and assesses and provides direction for existing and new regulations •Interfaces with teams beyond risk in a cross-functional manner •Represents business on corporate initiatives and identifies key risks and implications and provides direction in complex situations Qualifications: •Serves as a senior independent second-line credit risk advisor with oversight of retail unsecured lending portfolios, including credit cards, personal loans, and overdraft. •Provides effective challenge and risk oversight of strategy proposals, policy changes, portfolio actions, and risk management practices to ensure alignment with approved risk appetite and regulatory expectations. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and adapt effectively to changing priorities and business needs. •Proven ability to build productive relationships and influence decisions across business and functional partners without direct authority. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations, risk assessments, and governance materials. •Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analyses, exercise sound judgment, and communicate risk-based recommendations to senior management. •Operating standard office equipment - Continuous •Responding quickly to sounds – Occasional •Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred or progressive work experience in addition to experience below Compensation: •$115,440 - $173,160 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
