Required Skills: •This position will support branch operations and the Risk & Insurance team with controlled insurance program administration, risk data management, reporting, renewal support, and department process improvement initiatives. •This Position Is Responsible For The Following Duties Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. •Demonstrated capacity to work with data, including sorting, filtering, reviewing for accuracy, identifying inconsistencies, and assisting with basic reporting. •Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation, follow-up, and data quality. •Demonstrated capacity to organize project information, track open items, manage deadlines, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders. •Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate well with branch personnel, internal departments, and external partners. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a team environment and support multiple priorities. •Foundational understanding of commercial insurance concepts, including workers compensation, general liability, auto, property, and controlled insurance programs is preferred. •Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation, are preferred.
