Approximately •80% of the role will focus on insurance and risk management •, with the remaining responsibilities providing exposure to corporate governance, strategic risk analysis, and other enterprise initiatives. •The position is particularly well suited for a commercial insurance or corporate risk professional who wants to move beyond transactional insurance administration and play a broader role in managing organizational risk. •Direct partnership with senior executive leadership •Significant autonomy and ownership over insurance and risk-related activities •Management of a diverse commercial insurance portfolio spanning multiple businesses and entities Qualifications: •Hands-on experience managing or supporting commercial insurance programs •Brokerage candidates should have experience in service, account management, risk, or analytical functions rather than primarily insurance sales •Demonstrated experience coordinating insurance renewals, policies, endorsements, claims, certificates, and related compliance activities •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered •Master's degree or MBA is a plus •Background in manufacturing, industrial, marine, or another similarly complex operating environment is a plus •Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements •Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage •Paid time off and company holidays •Direct visibility and interaction with senior executive leadership Compensation: •$90,000 - $110,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
